Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order on planetpeachy.com (the "Site"), operated by Planet Peachy LLC ("Planet Peachy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Personalized Orders

Many of our products are customized with names, text, or images that you provide. You're responsible for reviewing all personalization details — including spelling, dates, and uploaded images — for accuracy before submitting your order. Once production begins, we're unable to make changes to personalization details.

Pricing & Product Information

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or listing mistake.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including designs, images, logos, and text — is the property of Planet Peachy LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.

User-Submitted Content

When you submit personalization content (names, photos, text) with your order, you confirm you have the right to use that content and that it doesn't infringe on any third party's rights or contain offensive or unlawful material. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planet Peachy LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
